Frederic joined Sports Recruitment International in 2011 to strengthen our Lausanne Office as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, managing all level appointments in Europe.

Frederic started his career in 1996 as a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen, working on mergers & acquisitions across Europe, Asia and the US before he moved into the Executive Search industry in 2000.  He worked amongst others as a Senior Consultant at Boyden and as a Partner at Gartner where he led the recruitment of directors, executives and board members in various industries across Europe.

From 2005 to 2011 Frederic pursued a career as an “in-house” HR Director, working for global companies DELL and ALTEN as their European Resources Director and was a strategic HR Advisor to a group of business schools as well as a private investment fund.  Besides his professional activities, he was a teacher within the IGS business school in 2008.

Frederic has specific expertise in recruiting executives and senior-level positions in general management (CEO, COO), sales & marketing and support functions, and is able to support companies in areas such as performance management, talent management and retention strategy.

He holds a Masters in Management from Paris I-Sorbonne University and a Masters in Financial Audit from ESCP-EAP.

Frederic has a personal sporting background in tennis, martial arts and triathlon.
