JMI is proud to have introduced more new sponsors into motorsports than any other agency in the past seven years and is intent upon creating similar success in 2010 and beyond. To that end, JMI is conducting a regional search to locate a Vice President, Partnership Development to establish a JMI Asian headquarters.  JMI, Asia will assist global brands based in the region to find suitable in-route to the motorsports marketing platform and guide them on strategy and planning for their future partnership with motorsport properties to ensure return on investment.
 
Responsibilities;
 
This is a senior agency management role. The Vice President, Partnership Development will be responsible for strategically planning, executing stated marketing strategies and selling rights fees based packages, predominantly in Asia. The VP will identify, manage and lead agency efforts in planning, implementing and measuring business development efforts across accounts globally as well as driving these same disciplines into the agency’s own planning process.  Beyond that the key parts to the role are management of client relationships, new business development and management of the Asian business planning process.
 
Skills;
  • Cross-regional experience developing a Brand and leading a business at senior-level
  • Senior level relationship builder with a proven track record of establishing dialogue and relationships with key decision makers amongst the CMO community of the major corporations throughout the region
  • Significant agency and business development experience from within the region
  • Senior level relationship builder and revenue generator
  • Outstanding entrepreneurial business leader able to work autonomously
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrable track record of revenue generation from value-add insights provided to clients
  • Strong understanding of regional and cultural nuances
