As a key player in winter sport, football and other summer sports, Infront enjoys long-lasting partnerships with 170 rights-holders and hundreds of sponsors and media companies. With an experienced and passionate team of +900 staff in over 35 offices across 15 countries, the Group helps to annually deliver 4,100 event days of top class sport around the world.
Since 2013, the Singapore-based Infront Pan-Asia provides a centralised hub for sports marketing in the leading Asian economies.
Within the partnership between Infront Headquarters and the Badminton World Federation, Infront Pan-Asia plays a crucial role in the distribution of international marketing and media rights for the BWF World Championship, Thomas & Uber Cup, Sudirman Cup and World Tour, from 2018 onwards
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Managing Director, Infront Pan-Asia now require an experience Head of Sales to drive sponsorship sales for the business in Asia, with a focus on Badminton World Federation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on acquiring top level international sponsors for Infront Group sport properties within the Asia-Pacific region, with an immediate focus on the BWF Badminton Project. Utilize diverse and solid portfolio to penetrate previously untapped sponsorship prospects
  • Target sales to brands with a strong presence in key markets with particulalr focus in China, SE Asia and India.
  • Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts and valuations whlist taking responsibioity for hitting revenue targets
  • Garner market intelligence/research and develop sales tools and campaigns for targeted clients
  • Build key relationships and Account Management
  • Working together with the Managing Director to Identify new business opportunities whilst taking a lead on the development of sales strategies for such projects
  • Integrate into Infront Group cross-selli ng activities

Skills & Experience Required


Educational background:
  • Advanced education (university degree in business administration, commujnicastions and/or sales/marketing.)
  • At least 10-15 years of sales experience in an international environment (sports industry or entertainment business - agency, sponsor brand, sports federation, club, media, etc.)
  • In-depth relationships and direct access to decision-makers at leading regional and global companies foucsing on sponsorship within Asia-Pacific
  • Ability to take to market new sponsorship structures and platforms
Skill & competencies:
  • Highly motivated and sales focussed
  • In-depth knowledge of the sports market and the industry
  • Flexible work style, willing to travel
  • Strong ability to identify, negotiate and sell sports solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team spirit
