Reporting to the company directors you will be required to manage a portfolio of accounts from their strategic direction to activation. The company has recently won a new account to manage a betting and gaming brands sponsorship of a major London based football club.  This requires an organised, methodical and hands on approach to ensure an innovative, creative approach and effective activation.  In addition this role will be responsible for overseeing the company’s exclusive rights to Dinner in the Sky events in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

As part of the senior management team, the role includes business development and sponsorship sales of commercial partnerships for rights holders in sport and the arts. An ability to identify and approach prospective clients with confidence is important. The position requires the combined skills of leadership, strategic insight, account management as well as excellent communication skills.

Skills and Competencies

• The ability to draft an activation strategy and experience of managing such strategy of major sponsorships. 
• Draft bespoke sponsorship presentations and sales material including appropriate commercial packages.
• Key team player. The ability to work closely with directors, strategic partners and colleagues but can also work effectively as an individual.
• Entrepreneurial in spirit, strong self-motivator with exceptional communication skills.
• Good understanding and awareness of current sponsorship market.
• Efficient and organised. Solid administration base to ensure delivery of account fulfilment.
• Excellent time management skills
