Description

Reports directly to the media director and is expected to provide assistance on all media, marketing and PR initiatives as well as other support as needed. This position is suited for an intelligent, hard working and self-motivated individual, looking to work for the fastest growing sports organization in the world.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Support the media director to execute deals with TV, Internet and mobile providers
• Liaise with media partners to ensure that contractual obligations are being fulfilled and the UFC brand is being properly utilized
• Daily coordination with various agencies (portal management, online PR and live streaming broadcast)
• Media sponsorship activation and utilization of UFC assets
• Media tracking and analysis
• Detailed meeting reports
• On-site support at live online broadcasts
• Document translation and basic interpretation duties as needed

Requirements

• University qualified
• At least 4 years of sports industry experience
• Excellent oral and written skills in both Mandarin and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint formats
• Basic knowledge and willingness to learn more about the UFC
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and good organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and strong sense of time management

Hours

Approximately 40 hours per week and must be available during in-country events and live weekends broadcasts.
