An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a Global Sports Marketing Agency who are leaders in sport, music and entertainment, sponsorship and marketing.

 

My client is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join the global account team looking after a high profile client covering Golf and Football.

 

The position is to help drive and deliver this global sponsorship programme, and additionally to support delivery & growth of the account.  The Account Manager will be key in the delivery of client marketing and media programmes, responsible for day to day contact with clients, developing, planning and executing a range of marketing programmes.

• Marketing programme creation & development
• Campaign planning
• Project management skills (timelines, status reports)
• Excellent event execution
• Client meetings & other internal client communications
• Full event reporting / review presentations
• Rights/supplier negotiations
• Tactical exploitation opportunities
• Research, analysis & evaluations
• Ongoing account planning & development
• Talent procurement
• High level PowerPoint skills, good knowledge of Excel & Outlook
• Budget management & forecasting
• Marketing communication experience
• Knowledge of the sport/business of golf/football is advantageous but not essential
