Experienced Sales Manager (min 5 years) required to head a team of 4 and reporting to VP Sales; this is an exciting opportunity that requires a creative approach and a solution selling mindset.  The current team culture is one of high achievement, passion and collaboration and you will be tasked with improving this further through your 'lead by example' approach.

 

You must have experience selling in the SE Asian region; in addition:

• Strong experience in sponsorship or B2B sales
• Solid experience of motivating a young sales team and leading by example
• Track record of sales / achievement
• Strong local business contacts - well connected and respected
• Passion for sport and knowledge of golf
• Energetic and driven with a youthful outlook
• Collaborator - with wide ranging ability at all levels of the sales cycle (from cold call to  board level presentations)
• Ability to travel across the SE Asian region - approx 40%

 

Remuneration is commensurate with experience,  plus bonus and standard Singapore leave and medical benefits.
