Key Responsibilities

• Management of inventory and sales across the agency's client base.
• Responsibility for hitting financial targets.
• Key account management of existing clients, media agencies and sports marketing agencies.
• Integral part of senior management team.
• New business development.

Skills & Experience Required

 

Essential:

• Strong track record of closing sales deals.
• Experience in selling some form of media or sponsorship solutions to brands.
• Experience of operating at a senior management level in negotiations.
• Experience and desire to work in a high volume sales environment.
• Understanding of the UK market place and geography.

 

Desirable:

• Some management experience
• Experience of working in football

 

Behavioural Experience:

• Ability to operate at a strategic level, to contribute to the running of a business.
• Self motivated and drive to achieve targets and budgets.
• Success motivated and ambitious
• Tenacious individual to not take no for an answer but to think creatively to persuade and create strong business cases for clients to invest in sports advertising.
