The Role

Reporting to the European General Manager, the Promotions and Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on European promotions and events. This person must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, must be able to propel their ideas, and be able to relay the key messaging and calls to action that align with marketing operations and strategy.

The Candidate

You will have the following skills:

• Fluent in German (French a plus)
• Self-starter with underlying entrepreneurial qualities
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a promotions and/or event management role
• Proven negotiation skills, organized, influential, and accurate
• Must be flexible and have the ability to interact with all levels in the organization
• Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex sports technology, and learn quickly
• Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines
• Possess very strong writing and verbal skills; and the ability to articulate and teach concepts, messages and strategies
