A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Clifford French, a dedicated sport and brand consultancy with the passion and thinking to add genuine value to a brand's business. Clifford French areas of expertise covers; Media Relations, News Creation, Digital Counsel, Brand Strategy, Event Creation, Sponsorship Activation, Lifestyle Marketing and Talent Management.

The Role

• Build senior level media relationships internally and with clients
• Manage staff media relations development and encourage staff to build relationships with media externally
• Develop and implement content led campaigns with segmented channels
• Ensure client support is our number one priority in terms of reporting, coverage collation and evaluation, reactive client requests and competitor analysis
• Support new business development through pitches, proposal preparation and strategic analysis
• Manage AM, SAE, AE and graduate day to day and report into co-founders
• Draft proposals, plans, press releases and media alerts on behalf of clients for key audiences (tabloid, broadsheet, broadcast, digital, social etc)
• Manage team development in terms of copy writing
   

The Person

• Minimum of five years agency experience at a proven sports agency or consumer agency with sports/consumer brand experience
• Working knowledge of digital marketing analytic tools to scrape bloggershpere
• Working knowledge of planning services such as Gorkana, sentiment monitoring software and Social Media Library
• New business experience
• Strategic thinker
• Excellent writing and grammar
