Here at GFM we love what we do and are looking for a sports enthusiast to join our Fantasy Games team as an Account Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for existing clients, and also will need to have the ability and personality to create new relationships for our ever expanding client base.

You must have a strong commercial ability, with a shrewd understanding of developing fruitful and profitable client relationships. This role will require an almost intrinsic knowledge of sport, being able to use this to develop client projects, which will be based online; identifying key opportunities to cross or up sell services.

Ideally you will be from an Account Manager background, preferably in sales/marketing company, and have strong interpersonal skills.

You will need

• Solid Account Management experience, preferably from either a digital marketing agency or online gaming agency
• Knowledge of how to ensure the effective and productive servicing of client accounts, minimising over-servicing and working within budgets.
• Confident & strong client relationship skills
• Driven, dynamic and enthusiastic with proactive approach
• Ability to identify opportunities to further develop client business
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strives to anticipate, identify and understand customers' wants, needs and concerns
• Understands the market in which the organisation operates
• To stay abreast of Sales and Marketing industry developments and make any strategic recommendations
