Job Details

Responsiblities:

  • Manage Outdoor SG salesforce to achieve sales & distribution growth targets.
  • Manage overall Outdoor SG portfolio selling to all channels to maximize scale & synergy and overall company sales & distribution growth
  • Develop network of SIS dealers to maximize our SIS footprint across its portfolio of Outdoor brands
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate sales staff using company programs & tools to develop highly skilled & high performing sales team
  • Ensure clear KPI’s in place for China Outdoor sales performance, disciplined commercial target setting, and systematic tracking
  • Manage sales forecasting & budgeting according to company guidelines

 

Requirements:

  • Expert with strong toolbox & track record in sales force management. 
  • Fosters a competitive, “hungry” sales culture while enforcing the highest ethical standards and customer care
  • Target setting, KPI utilization, budget management all required
  • Proficient in English, robust business acumen,, integrity and professionalism, accountability for results are all important for this position
