About the role
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations you will develop, improve and own the S&OP process. Additionally you will implement business improvement projects that will optimise and drive the supply chain and deliver cost optimisations. We will measure the success of the role by your ability to pro-actively drive process improvements, implement new best practice processes, your ability to build and develop a winning team and your contribution to overall operations improvements.
What we need
Amer Sports Australia is looking for a dynamic and passionate supply chain expert with the ability to pro-actively drive change by applying extensive experience and knowledge of procurement, logistics and inventory management.
Additionally the capability to build a winning team combined with a communicative and open approach towards other stakeholders. Last but no least our ideal candidate has experience in SAP and a strong hands-on mentality.
