Job description

As part of a small, specialised team, this role will support the London Office and will be tasked with supporting the delivery of search assignments across a range of disciplines and sectors.

Your main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the sports business sector and the way sports organisations are organised
  • Desk-based and telephone research for identification of potential candidates
  • Contact candidates to gain a first understanding of their career history and aspirations
  • Ownership of the Candidate Experience
  • Full cycle offer management with the final and successful candidate
  • Producing accurate, informative and relevant candidate interview reports and present the candidates to the client
  • Managing candidate expectations and managing the communication to unsuccessful candidates in order to guarantee a high standard candidate experience
  • Manage SRI’s internal database and CRM system (Invenias) and keep up to date records
  • Responsible for the management and evolution of research reports and documentation

Candidate Profile

  • Ideally 6 months professional or commercial experience in a recruitment or sales role however candidates from other strong commercial backgrounds will be considered
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature
  • Ambitious, will want to grow your desk
  • A people person; a natural at developing personal and professional relationships
  • A strong team player who genuinely believes that together everyone achieves more
