The Role

The U.K. Country Manager will be the primary person responsible for managing sales and account activities of ’47 into the territory.

Responsibilities

Sales Direction

  • Present a cohesive ’47 Brand sales direction within targeted accounts & territory
  • Execute day to day sell-in and sell-thrus
  • Provide feedback from accounts to help shape seasonal product presentations
  • Identify product opportunities and execute product strategies for both retailer collaboration projects as well as in-line licensed offerings
  • Dramatically Increase ’47 Brand market share across assigned region
  • Work collaboratively with rest of ’47 EU Team to streamline market strategy

Account Responsibility

  • K. Majors: Examples would be JD Sports, Sports Direct, FootAsylum, Size, ASOS & Kitbag
  • UK Key Department Stores: Examples Selfridges, House of Fraser, Harrods
  • UK Key Independents: Examples would be Global, Natter-jacks etc
  • K. Strategic Retailers: Examples would be Foot Patrol, End Clothing, Son of a Stag
  • U. Majors: Exclusive to Foot Locker, Europe

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • 7-10 years on the sales side of the licensed sports industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Working knowledge of UK competitive landscape
  • Established credentials and existing sales relationships within the industry/territory
  • Entrepreneurial by nature dynamic by experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time
