RFRSH is a leading esport start-up that pushes the boundaries of esports entertainment into the mainstream. The company has developed, owns and runs BLAST Pro Series, a global esports tournament, and a range of live, original and reality content productions. BLAST Pro Series offers TV broadcasters and Online players the best CounterStrike entertainment on the market.

The Role

For our distribution team we are now looking for an Account Manager. The successful candidate has a proven track record in distributing entertainment or sports programming and/or handling TV & Online client accounts internationally. He/She is a self-starter that can both generate business himself/herself as well as cooperate seamlessly with RFRSH’s internal and external distribution team.

The ability to present the company’s products in person, on the phone and via mail is essential. An eloquent command of the English language is a must, additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and independently handle RFRSH’s client accounts for TV and Online
  • Assist existing clients with the onboarding and implementation of RFRSH properties
  • Prepare and conceptualise all relevant sales material and support documentation
  • Research and locate new targets and territories/markets for distribution
  • Make contact with, assess and negotiate with potential new commercial partners
  • Generate new opportunities/targets across TV, Online, Theatrical, Mobile and Inflight

  • Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills including Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Polished, professional demeanour, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business.
  • The successful candidate will handle his own accounts and clients, as well as assist the VP Distribution as needed.
