The General Manager Footwear & Technical Equipment Division is ultimately responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the Footwear & Technical Equipment team covering product creation (product management, design, and product development), sourcing, QC, and operations.
You will be working closely with the leaders of each brand (Salewa, Dynafit and Wild Country) to interpret the brand strategic direction into Footwear & Technical Equipment products, which will resonate in the market place and achieve the brands’ positioning and financial objectives. The responsibility spans over a series of product categories such as footwear (hard and soft), equipment (tents, sleeping bags, back packs) and technical hardware (climbing gear and technical accessories).
You will be based in Montebelluna, Italy and report to the Chief Executive Officer.
