RFRSH Entertainment has developed, owns and runs BLAST Pro Series, a global esports tournament, and a range of live, original and reality content productions. We provide winning commercial and marketing strategies for companies looking to enter and succeed in the wildly growing and challenging esports market.

RFRSH is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, where RFRSH occupies a 400Sqm Hanger with team training facilities for its teams and space for all RFRSH employees.

BLAST Pro Series

BLAST Pro Series is an innovative global tournament series of live Counter-Strike events, with the best teams in the world competing in a fast and exhilarating format. The series has been created to maximise both the live audience experience, broadcast formats and viewing experience featuring true world class esports mixed with engaging show elements

The Role

RFRSH is looking to hire a Head of Brand Partnerships in its newest office in London’s Soho. The Partnership Sales Director will play a critical role in shaping RFRSH’s Commercial Business. Reporting to the President & CCO, the role will help shape & form the sales strategy to commercialise the current IP & properties the organisation can go out and sell.

The primary purpose of this role will be to create a clear and succinct sales strategy around the Blast Pro Series

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the sponsorship sales function RFRSH’s headline event BLAST Pro Series
  • Create packages with event assets in order to drive new revenue
  • Work to gain a comprehensive understanding of the target clients/prospects for your products
  • Prepare exciting and creative proposals to attract new sponsors
  • Manage your own pipeline of prospective clients and ensure their proposition is in line with the RFRSH offering
  • Bring with you a network of sport, media and entertainment contacts who will be of interest to RFRSH
  • Develop and distribute innovative rights packages across multi-platform
  • Achieve assigned revenue goals
  • Representing RFRSH at events in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5-7 years’ work experience
  • Sports, media, entertainment experience within commercial and sponsorship sales
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategy
  • Understanding of the esports proposition and by extension the value certain partners will bring to the organisation
  • Clear understanding of end to end sales process
  • Experience working across digital sponsorship and creating value on multiple channels
  • An understanding of the different ways to package rights and the opportunity presented by a more diverse inventory


  • Able to work in a fast-paced, fast changing environment
  • Clear thinker, problem solver, gets work done.
  • Collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in working with leadership teams
  • Fluent English + 2nd European Language a bonus
  • Ability to Travel to HQ in Copenhagen and with the Series around the world.
