Ensuring an internationally uniform brand presence of Silhouette and strengthening and expanding international brand awareness and to evoke enthusiasm.
Manage the execution and implementation of the consumer marketing programmes and activities
Lead the B2C Team
Development of the strategic orientation and implementation through all possible channels and in all markets (focus on online and social media)
Leadership of and close collaboration with agencies
Ensure an effective, efficient, emotional and desirable consumer communication
Deliver a high degree of brand recognition, perfectly coordinated and consistent with all branding activities.
Successful and efficient implementation with the national organizations and monitoring the success of activities. Evaluating activities in order to ensure further successful development.
Launch of „Silhouette Consumer Brand Roadmap”
Close cooperation with all Brand, Product and Sales Departments
Sustained establishment of a 360 degree marketing
Provide content marketing across all channels
Establishment of an international reporting or tracking system (KPIs in the B2C area, brand name)
Monitoring creative expenditure and analyzing potential cost savings
B2C budget responsibility
Key Skills & Experience Required
Completed business degree (University, FH), ideally with focus on international marketing, premium / luxury goods marketing, branding, retail
At least 5 years of experience and proven success in consumer marketing for premium or luxury brands
International orientation and willingness to travel
High affinity to digital media “Digital life management”
Experience of managing a team to achieve business objectives
Excellent knowledge of English is a must, any additional foreign language is advantageous
Entrepreneurial mindset and approach, hands-on mentality
Real team player
Ability to communicate effectively with outside suppliers and internal personnel at a high level
A good organizer, strong in following-up with a keen eye for details
Project management experience
