Grabyo is looking for an enthusiastic PR/Comms manager to join our marketing department and will be responsible for coordinating all Grabyo public relations activities, inclusive of media outreach, event booking and speaking engagements.
As part of the wider marketing team, you will also collaborate with senior staff across all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
Coordinating all public relations activities
Developing an outreach plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
Manage media inquiries and interview requests
Create content for press releases, by line articles and keynote presentations
Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis.
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

Qualifications & Skills
Proven working experience in public relations required (2+ years agency or equivalent)
Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
Strong understanding of social media and the digital video market.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Event planning experience
BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
Experience using social media and analytics tools is advantageous
Knowledge of sports media is preferred though not essential.
