Job description

As part of our global team of consultants, you will play a leading role in developing and servicing our clients based around the world.

As part of a small, specialised team, you will be tasked with supporting the Media & Entertainment practice from our London office, developing new client relationships as well as the delivery of recruitment assignments.

Your main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the sports, media and entertainment business sectors and the way our clients in these sectors are organised
  • Managing and actively working on the full Recruitment Process from start to finish; on brief, on time and on budget
  • Engagement, interviewing candidates and gaining an understanding of their career history
  • Producing accurate, informative and relevant candidate interview reports and present the candidates to the client
  • Ownership of the Candidate Experience
  • Desk-based and telephone research to identify potential clients and candidates
  • Playing a proactive part in the Business Development of new clients
  • Client Engagement, ownership of the Client Experience
  • Full cycle offer management with the final and successful candidate
  • Managing candidate expectations and managing the communication to unsuccessful candidates in order to guarantee a high standard candidate experience
  • Manage SRI’s internal database and CRM system (Invenias) and keep up to date records
  • Reporting, forecasting and project updates to the Finance Department and Partners
  • Invoicing of the assignments
  • Credit Controlling of the assignments

Candidate Profile

  • Must have at least 2 years recruitment experience in the media, entertainment or broadcast sector
  • Have an established network within the media, entertainment or broadcast sector
  • The energy and ability to help grow and amplify the media, entertainment and broadcast offering within Sports recruitment International.
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature;
  • Ambitious, will want to grow your desk.
  • A people person; a natural at developing personal and professional relationships
  • A strong team player who genuinely believes that together everyone achieves more

A key attribute in the successful candidate will be an understanding of the digital technologies that are transforming the way our clients produce and distribute content and engage audiences. Experience of working with digital-first companies, start-ups and disruptors is preferred.
