Sales Executives

Background

This organisation is seeking Sales Executives to generate new and repeat business with a focus of working on behalf of the main governing bodies within football, rugby union, rugby league, and cricket. As a Sales Executive, you will be joining an established and hugely successful team selling perimeter advertising at high profile sporting events. The next appointment is crucial, as the successful applicant(s) will have the opportunity to develop their career in line with the business’ expansion.

You will be required to manage and develop your own business leads through sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out industry research to target potential clients.
  • Generating new and repeat business, over the phone in a direct, dynamic manner.
  • Following the full sales lifecycle; from pitching and building rapport with CEOs and MDs of blue chip companies through to negotiation and closing of deals.
  • Working to meet targets in a competitive sales environment.
  • Working hard for success. Great earning potential!

Skills & Experience

  • Previous sales experience, ideally within media, conferences, exhibitions, hospitality, sponsorship, IT or recruitment
  • A pro-active, tenacious and positive working attitude with an ability to work under pressure
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Appetite for Sales
  • Outgoing personality
